Venue Policies

These policies help us protect the venue, keep guests safe, and make sure the host or hostess has a stress-free celebration. Thank you for treating Madison Green with the same care and respect we do.

Respect the Golf Course & Greens

Guests are not permitted on the course during or after events. For outdoor ceremonies, heels are not allowed on the greens.

Be Cautious Around Water Features

Our lakes, bridges, and natural areas are beautiful but require care. Please use caution near water and remember we are a nature preserve with wildlife.

Property Damage

Any damage to facilities, decor, or landscaping may result in charges to the host/hostess or deductions from the security deposit.

Pet Policy

Service dogs are welcome; other pets are not permitted.

Golf Cart Use

Golf carts are for staff and approved personnel only. Unauthorized use will lead to removal from the property.

Event Timelines

Please follow the schedule provided by the host or event coordinators so everything runs smoothly.

Supervise Children

Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water features and uneven areas.

Smoking Areas

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please use the provided receptacles for cigarette disposal.

Alcohol Policy

Outside alcohol is not allowed. All beverages must be served by licensed vendors. Serving minors or minors attempting to obtain alcohol will result in removal from the event.

No Illegal Drugs

Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.

Please treat our venue, decor, and grounds with care so every guest can enjoy the space.
